The Town Council have received notification from West Devon Borough Council of an Outline Planning Application for a mixed-use development on Runnon Moor.
This is following a leaflet sent to households a few weeks ago from Walsingham Planning asking for residents views to their proposal to build 80 homes and an area of B1 employment buildings.
This proposal is now live. To view the plan and associated documents, and to send in your comments search West Devon Borough Council planning portal using reference no. 1885/17/OPA.
