Hatherleigh Town Council met on Monday 23rd July 2018 to discuss the plans submitted by Kingswood Homes for the market site.
Councillors had previously viewed the application and read the comments submitted by other statutory agencies on the WDBC planning portal. After a two hour meeting the conclusion reached was objection.
Our reasoning being that although we support in principle the development of the market site, the plans in front of us left concerns about the implications this would bring for Hatherleigh.
